Learn the basics of Strength and Speed Training! Sharpen your athleticism with enhanced strength, speed, and agility to get ahead of the competition. This dynamic training features weightlifting, jumping, sprinting, balance, and power movements to prepare you for 7th grade sports. *No training June 19, June 30-July 4.*
