Join our High School Ultimate Frisbee team and be part of an exciting, high-energy sport that blends elements from soccer, football, and basketball! What sets Ultimate Frisbee apart is that it’s a coed sport where players self-officiate, promoting sportsmanship and fair play.

Whether you’re looking to play for fun or take your skills to the competitive level, we have a place for you. Recreational players will focus on learning the game and enjoying team play. For those seeking a more competitive experience, we offer a sanctioned 8-week, 8-game season.

Please note that we also welcome players from 8th grade, following Minnesota Youth Ultimate rules, who will participate at the recreational level. This provides a supportive environment to develop their skills and be part of our Ultimate Frisbee community.
