Description:

Ultimate Frisbee is a high endurance, fast-paced, non-contact sport that combines elements of soccer, football, and basketball using an Ultimate Frisbee. It is unique in that it is the only actively competing coed sport as well as being self-officiated by the players! Participants will have the opportunity to be a team member either as a recreational player or a competitive player in what is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation. A recreational player is primarily interested in learning the aspects of the game and competing among the team and maybe at a tournament (8th grade players must participate at this level according to Minnesota Youth Ultimate rules). A competitive player has the opportunity to become sanctioned and participate in an 8-week, 8-game season. There is an extra fee to sanction with Minnesota Ultimate paid directly to them.
