Learn how to build a portable stacked-brick oven. After the oven is built, we'll fire it up, and you'll learn techniques for making dough for flatbread, pizza, and bread. Then bake and enjoy! Optional homemade fruit wine tasting is included. The class covers techniques for preparing the ground and construction, as well as building plans. Bring a lunch, sturdy shoes, work gloves, and note taking materials (camera optional). This class will be held at and is cosponsored by Running Dog Ranch Folk Craft & Learning Center just north of Stockholm, Wisconsin.
